Elaion Restaurant offers an elegant adults-only dining experience inspired by the refined flavors of the Mediterranean coast.
The name, Elaion, is derived from the Greek word for olive oil, an ingredient that has been inseparably linked to the history, culture, and gastronomy of Crete and Greece since antiquity. Extra virgin olive oil lies at the heart of our culinary philosophy, enhancing natural flavors and celebrating simplicity with sophistication.
Our cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean traditions, elevated through modern techniques and the use of carefully selected local products from trusted regional partners. Each dish reflects a balance between land and sea, authenticity and creativity.
Under the guidance of our Head Chef, Christos Politakis, guests are invited to enjoy themed dining evenings and a refined variety of recipes, including meat, fish, and vegetarian selections, thoughtfully designed to complement a relaxed yet elevated dining atmosphere.
From this season onwards, dinner is served in an elegant buffet style, offering variety and freedom of choice within a serene adults-only setting.
